Astrology readings are intimate, time-specific, and made to order. Because each TOHPAZ reading is carefully prepared and recorded for a single client, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a reading is booked, the time, attention, and astrological work are already in motion. For that reason, refunds aren’t offered after purchase.

That said, precision and care matter here. If you experience a delivery delay or a technical issue accessing your reading, reach out and we’ll make sure it’s resolved promptly and properly.
